GARDA is located in the southern foothills of the Alps and is the largest lake in Italy. The GARDA riverbank is full of ancient towns, castles, monasteries and churches. Since the Roman Empire, the Italians have used different stones to build their own historical and cultural imprints in the beautiful scenery of GARDA.
